Where are you located?

I train clients in a fully equipped private studio at my residence in Happy Valley, Oregon. The space has been designed to meet a variety of fitness needs, including strength training, functional fitness, and cardio. It provides a comfortable, focused environment without the distractions of a commercial gym, ensuring you get the most out of every session. 

Do you offer in-home personal training?

I currently train clients exclusively at my private studio to ensure you have access to high-quality equipment and a controlled training environment. This allows for more effective workouts with a wider range of exercises that wouldn’t be possible with limited equipment in a home setting. Plus, training in a dedicated space helps keep you focused and motivated! My training studio is in the heart of Happy Valley but also in close proximity to Clackamas, Damascus, Gresham, and SE Portland.

What kind of equipment do you use to train?

We use free weights, Rogue® strength and conditioning equipment, a functional cable trainer, squat rack, bench, sabdbags, and battle ropes to help you reach your goals and overall strength. 

What time do you open/close?

Our schedule is appointment based and we are open when we have our training sessions. Typically, we train 6 days a week (excluding Sunday) and train clients as early as 6:00am and as late as 9:00pm.

What things should I know for my first time?

Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a hand towel if you want, and wear good workout shoes. 

What's the first workout like?

Before we get started, we'll assess your fitness level to make sure workouts are tailored to your needs. This will involve a variety of exercises to see your cardio fitness, form, alignment, and strength. We will then discuss your fitness goals to set an achievable plan.  

How do I sign up for the sessions?

Click at the top menu to get your "FREE FITNESS CONSULTATION" or shoot me an email to schedule for your first consultation. After that, we will work with you to set a schedule to get you started. 

STUDIO POLICIES

What happens if I can't make my appointment or if I'm late?

If you miss your appointment for whatever reason, please give me a 24-hour notice. Otherwise it will be considered a "NO-SHOW" which would count as a session.  If you're late, just give me a heads up so we can adjust the workout depending how much session time is left.

Can I MOVE MY RESERVATION?

If you need to move your appointment but there is less than 12 hours until your scheduled session, that would be considered a cancellation and the above cancellation policy would apply. Sorry, no exceptions. 

WHAT ARE your payment policies?

All session purchases are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-extendable.  All monthly contracts are signed for auto renewal for each month.
